Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP – as used in the Suvretta House kitchen by Executive Chef Fabrizio Zanetti.
Made from the must of cooked Trebbiano grapes and aged for 5 years in oak and cherry wood barrels. It is decanted into smaller barrels every year. This matured, artisanal balsamic vinegar is characterised by a smooth, rich and balanced flavour. A few drops will add a special touch to your culinary creations.
