Cancellation policy
We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment at the Spa-Desk.
Late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced.
Suvretta Spa operates a 24 hour cancellation policy outside of these terms the full cost of the treatment will be charged. If you have any further questions or wishes, please do not hesitate to contact us (9274).
For your convenience you may arrive at the Suvretta Spa wearing your bathrobe and slippers provided in your room. Alternatively, you may use our changing rooms with lockers for your personal belongings.
