Suvretta Stube

Dine in style yet comfortably, enjoying a relaxed atmosphere: at the Suvretta Stube, you can expect popular Suvretta classics, Swiss specialities and authentic Grisons dishes, interpreted in a new, lighter way. A traditional cheese fondue or raclette is just as much a part of the menu as the popular beef gypsy skewer or Zurich-style sliced beef. Our Stube head chef Martina Federici looks forward to presenting you with authentic Swiss specialities with Mediterranean influences.

Open until evening, 5th April 2026.

The Suvretta Stube is open for lunch from 12 noon to 2.30 pm.

The Suvretta Stube is open for dinner from 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm.

Food orders can be placed until 10.00 pm.

Pets are not permitted in the Suvretta Stube & at the Suvretta Sun Terrace. In the hotel lobby as well at the mountain restaurants Trutz & Chasellas, dogs are allowed both inside and on the terrace.

Sun Terrace

Sitting outside on the terrace, breathing in the crisp mountain air and feeling the sun's rays on your skin: enjoying a hearty breakfast in summer, a delicious lunch or a refreshing snack in between meals, the holiday atmosphere reaches its peak.
