Subdued lighting, high-quality panelling, artfully carved solid oak pillars and an elaborately decorated coffered ceiling: the large dining room breathes history.
Here, our Executive Chef Fabrizio Zanetti celebrates his philosophy of market-fresh French cuisine with an international flavour (17 GaultMillau points). Individual dishes are brought to perfection at the table by our old-school service team. If you have booked half-board, you can choose from a daily changing 4-course menu of excellently prepared and lovingly presented gourmet creations.
