2-Michelin-star chef Patrick Mahler from the Park Hotel Vitznau to be a guest at Suvretta House—Following their great success last winter, Patrick Mahler and his unique culinary creations from the Restaurant focus ATELIER are returning to Suvretta House.

The guest appearance of the legendary Park Hotel on Lake Lucerne at Suvretta House has historical significance. It was Anton Bon who pioneered and founded both Swiss luxury hotels. Suvretta House, owned by the CandrianBon family since the hotel opened in 1912, is delighted to be able to draw on its shared history through the work of Patrick Mahler in the kitchen of Executive Chef Fabrizio Zanetti, offering guests the highest level of gastronomy since the very beginning. Patrick Mahler’s ever-surprising creations remain memorable. The variety of flavours and subtle contrasts, paired with an exciting and contrasting combination of classic foundations, Japanese influences and Nordic inspirations, inspires the taste buds again and again.
