Breakfast can be enjoyed on the magnificent sun terrace, and at lunchtime and in the afternoon delicious specialities await you in the Suvretta Stube and terrace. In the evening our Executive Chef Fabrizio Zanetti celebrates his half-board menu on 16 points Gault Millau in the Suvretta Stube. Our mountain restaurants Chasellas and Trutz offer culinary highlights with unique views of the Engadine.
Every day starting at 3 am, our house baker gets busy weighing flour, kneading dough, plaiting Zopf loaves and fashioning croissants – so you can start your day most pleasantly with our ample breakfast spread delights.
