Ueli Schiess, owner of Caratello Wines St.Gallen, and Suvretta House invite the guests to a gastronomic evening in an atmospheric setting, where they will be spoilt on two long tables with top class culinary highlights: the focus is on winemaker Cinzia Merli and her winery Le Macchiole from Bolgheri. The high-flyer from Tuscany has set new standards with her wines, particularly the first single- origin Cabernet Franc “Paleo”. Year after year, Cinzia Merli’s splendid wines have been winning numerous awards. The evening offers an exceptional opportunity for personal meetings with the producer and access to her premium wines. An exquisite four-course menu prepared by three-star chef Guillaume Galliot from the Caprice Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong will be served to highlight the wines.
