Enjoy the most famous poultry in the world – the French Brasserie chickens from “Les Volailles Miéral”.
Our Executive Chef Fabrizio Zanetti will prepare a 5-course dinner menu for you in the presence of Valèrie Miéral, which is entirely dedicated to the world-famous french brasskin chicken.
Founded in 1914, “Les Volailles Miéral” are known worldwide. Because of Miéral, the French state protects the noble Bresse poultry with an AOP (Appellation d’Origine Protégée), which was otherwise only issued for cheese and wine.
Together with French cooking legends such as Paul Bocuse and Alain Chapel, Miéral ensured the renaissance of Bresse poultry in top French gastronomy.
