Piano-Concert with İlyun Bürkev

14-year-old pianist Ilyun Bürkev, who has been playing piano since the age of four, began her training at Istanbul’s Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts with Prof. Burcu Aktas Urgun. Ilyun Bürkev continues to study regularly with the Turkish State Artist Gülsin Onay and is now studying at the Mozarteum University Salzburg with Prof. Pavel Gililov, where she was accepted into the auditions with the 1st degree.

Ilyun Bürkev has won many international piano competitions, including most recently the prize at the Jeune Chopin 3rd International Piano Competition.

She has attended masterclasses with renowned pianists such as Alfred Brendel, Andreas Weber, Björn Lehmann, Caspar Frantz, Hüseyin Sermet, Milana Chernyavska and Piotr Paleczny.
