During the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival the numerously awarded and world-renowned head chef Lanshu Chen from Taiwan together with our executive chef Fabrizio Zanetti will care for extraordinary culinary delights.
Lanshu Chen was rated Best Lady Chef of Asia in 2014 due to her compositions of Asian and French cuisine. Since then Lanshu Chen has been combining the different cooking styles in a most elegant way and provides taste sensations of finest nuances.
