five-course dinner by three-star chef Guillaume Galliot from the Caprice Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong, will be served in the stylishly decorated Salon Venise. The menu will be accompanied by noble champagnes with musical entertainment provided by Swiss violinist Scarlette Stocker, who will provide an atmospheric end to the evening.
