We are delighted to once again present this year’s exhibition and invite you to discover a museum-like selection of works in the beautiful ambience of the Suvretta House, including oil paintings, works on paper and high-calibre original prints by artists ranging from abstract expressionism to meditative painting.

Enjoy the pictorial poetry of the artists who have shaped the classical modernism of the 20th century in an imposing abundance of styles up to the present day.

Serge Poliakoff, the most important representative of meditative painting and a focus of the Galerie Française for many years, is distinguished by his unmistakable style of luminous colour complexes, which in their tense geometric abstraction create an almost indefinable balance.
